● Can these shoes be returned?

Yes, our shoes can be returned, please kindly keep them as new in the original shoe box. However, given the long wait time and the considerable effort our shoemakers put into crafting each pair, we kindly ask that customers make their selections carefully to minimize returns. ● Amazon says the package was delivered, but I did not receive it.

We request carriers to deliver packages directly to customers. However, some couriers may leave the package at your front door, in your mailbox, a parcel locker, or another reception area. Please check these locations, or please send us a message, and we will check the detail and respond, we will need a little time because of time zone difference, thank you.

● I ordered several pairs, but only received some of them.

For orders with multiple pairs, the shoes may be shipped in separate packages. Please do not worry, we ensure that all products will be delivered. Kindly wait for the remaining packages, or send us a message, and we will check the details and reply the message. Thank you for your patience.
